Study compared more risk when women take two drinks per week during late pregnancy and other report says the risk of alcohol intake 4 to 10 drinks per week. With two perspectives study adverse effects found during the 10 drinks per week or daily alcohol consumption...another study revealed significant risk at 21 intakes of alcohol per week with very preterm delivery occurs before 32 weeks. low alcohol consumption(moderate) has a lower risk for preterm delivery because most of the people take moderate alcohol consumption than a heavy one...

when women drink alcohol it goes through placenta to the fetus through bloodstream that time fetus liver not fully formed to have metabolise the alcohol, it depends on mother liver to metabolize the alcohol, that time fetus lack with oxygen and nutrient to grow their brain and organs...white matter in brain responsible for function and processing information, white matter so sensitive to alcohol,it affect the fetus development due to white matter interference
