Since 10 years u.s health care system has been facing a big problem in the number of health care professionals include nurses and doctors.They were unable to manage the nurse patient ratio which has created so many consequences.so U.S government has taken the decision to fill the vaccancy.Many foreign staff got appointed .this decision has reduced the problem in the hospital.They are able to give quality services to the people as they have better staff support.Erros and medical negligence get decreased through out the years.

The main benefit of hiring foreign staff is that they got trained better to take care of patient as compared to U.S health system and also they work harder to earn more than u.s staff.so ,they can be inspirational to the u.s nursing students through which quality of care in the u.s also get increased.

One of the major dis advantage is that the language issues.They are not enough knowledge about American English.patient may find troublesome to communicate their problems.Especially elderly people cannot understand what foreign nurses speak.This will make misunderstanding and false communication between staff and patient.
