Frequency = administered every 6 hours (4 doses in a day).

24 hours is present in one day. So, the medicine is administered every 6 hours in a day. So, it will be 24$\fn_cm \div$6 = 4 doses in a day. For 7 days, the patient gets to about 28 doses of promethazine (7 days x 4 doses/ day = 28 doses)
