Answer - The following causes could have caused the outbreak of WW2 which came out of WW1 -

1 - The treaty of Versailles put a heavy burden upon Germany to pay off the expenses of world war 1 which ruined the german economy and turned them into highly indebted nation.

2 - Japan being the island nation wanted to expand its kingdom more through annexation.

3 - The Nazi rule in the Germany led by Hitler was causing the conditions for the outbreak of war in his urge of expanding his power.

4 - After the world war 1 , the territories that were annexed by the dictators wanted to expand their powers and territories hence resulted in war
