1.The patients weight is 133.8 kg at 45 years with a known case of hypertension whuch seems to be obesity.A measurement of his BMI (Body mass index) can help in planning the treatment for his blood pressure control and life style modifications. This also helps to ruke out the underlying cause of hypertension is because of weight or not.

2.The normal blood pressure is 120/80mmHg.It varies depending upon the age and gender.As one age the pressure alters .In a male who is in his 60s-70s the pressure may range in between systolic pressure of 120 to 140mmHg and a Diastolic pressure of 80 to 90mmHg can is considered to be normal.This reading shows an elevated level from normal range.The normal pukes rate is 60 to 100 beats per minute in an adult.The patient reading shows an elevated pulse.Both are not within normal limits.

3.A child most of the time behaves aggressively when sees a healthcare professionals. It is always better to have the parents on side while monitoring vitals for a child.To make it ease at times a healthcare professionals can imitate measuring on their parents and gaining The child cooperation. The child can also be diverted using the play items of their choices. This can make  the child to be fearless and cooperate for the vitals measurement.

4.A deaf patient cannot hear but can see things,showing them the weighing machine and the height measurement desk can make them understand. Demonstration plays a vital role with these types of patients.
