ANS) Bias means the methodical mistakes in any kind of epidemiologic studies that conclude in an wrong calculation of the association among the subjection and results.

This kind of bias are in 2 different types, they are;

1) Selection Bias - The selection bias can occur when the selection of subjects in to a education or their chance of being maintained in the learning leads to the conclusion that is non-identical from what would have you obtained if you had admitted the total decided population.

-- If any one have admitted the total population and gained the correct data on subjection and results,then one could calculate the original value of association.Actually we don't accept the total population,alternatively we usually use the samples.Anyway if anyone sampled the population in an correct manner,Such the testing or sampling from every 4 cells was true and illustrative of the supply of subjection and result in the total population, then one can get an correct calculation of the absolute association .

2) Information Bias - From the last part itself we are understanding that even if making the groups of subjects concerning subjection and result is absolutely correct,bias can be initiated distinctive selection or retention in learning.The talk is also correct ;even if the retention and selection into the learning is a true presentation of the population from which the the samples were pinched, the calculation of the association will be biased if subjects are wrongly grouped with regard to their subjection status .These Mistakes are commonly known as misclassification ,and the procedures which makes this mistakes may conclude in non-differential or differential misclassification.

There are many ways to reduce the bias,

-- Use more than one person to code the details obtained.

-- Tell the persons who given the data whether your explanations appear to be illustrative of their viewpoint.

-- Certify with lots of statistics sources.

-- Examine for different explanations.

-- evaluate results with peers.
