Unemployed =labor force -employed
unemployed in 2019=120-110=10 million
unemployed in 2020=125-112=13 million
The unemployment rate in 2019=(10/120)*100
=8.33333333
=8.33%
The unemployment rate in 2020=(13/125)*100
=10.4%
the unemployment rate increased from 8.33% to 10.4%
