- race /culture

- psychological /emotional state

- gender differences

- illness

- mental state

3. To overcome this barriers the government should make the availability of resources , proper funding for the organisation to provide care , making efficient healthcare services available at low cost and provision of healthcare center's at every few distances.

To overcome the non- system barriers , provision of health education , importance of taking medications , provision of care which are culturally accepted etc should be done .
