The different leadership qualities are as follows:

a) Vision

Vision makes the leader to set a target to the future. They see future more than the present. They have a clear idea on where they are going, what they are trying to accomplish and where will they reach at the end point. Having a clear vision on what they are doing makes a person different from others.

b) Courage

A leader with courageous quality are willing to accept and take risk to achieve a goal with no assurance to success. Every action behind a business is risky and courage is the most identifiable outward quality of a leader.

c) Integrity

Integrity refers to how truthful you are to the employees, to the firm and to the work they are responsefull for. It is consider as the quality of trust important for the growth of a business.

d) Humility

Humility grows with self-confidence and self-awareness to understand the feeling of others without criticizing others. It mostly understand easily by self-admitting mistakes done by them in there job.

e) Strategic planning

Strategic planning is also like focusing on their future by developing a perfect plan to do best for their organization. It modify changes by making accurate planning which further increases the competitors within the firms.

f) Focus

Focus meet the needs of the company. The leaders mainly focus on the results and the strengths of the company like the employees to give excellent performance for the organization.

g) Cooperation

Cooperation is another important factor that a company always needs to be mentioned in the top list. Pulling everyone to the core of the success is important for a better leader. Team work cooperation makes the employees to work with their ability and also through concurrent motivation and encouragement, a leader can make increase a potentiality of an employee.

All these are some of the qualities of leadership that one should have to be a good leader and each have their own importance in becoming a good leader. Because it is a list of connected qualities that every leaders should have for a better leadership position. For instance, lacking vision may destroy the organizational fame and also the employees trust. Moreover, if there is no cooperation among the employees then conflict would have instead of success points and ratings.
