1. 2 Evidence for her compliance are :-

- increase in serum vitamin B12.

It's been 2weeks only ,there will be no drastic changes in the folate and vitamin B12 ,but there are certain changes which shows that she had good compliance with the medications .

2. Overall interpretation of her condition is that she has deficiency of serum vitamin B12 ,RBC folate , and serum Hcy and needs to be treated with supplements and nutritional support .

3. Plan for future test is that after a 2months period of treatment there will be revaluation made to assess the status of the patient

4. The next course of action in terms of treatment is that to provide supplemental treatment in the form of oral tablets injections ,blood transfusions if needed ,blood forming tablets , and nutritional support .
