A windshield survey is systematic observations through moving vehicles to help a better understanding of a community or a particular population of physical, social character. Safety is an important issue. when racial and ethnic groups involved it will not be safe when we do survey neighborhoods. Anxiety care affects the accuracy and completeness of the survey. The windshield can serve open community members for the reality of their environment. community assessment data helpful to identify strength and capacity and risk. It helps to make professional interventions to the target population. Assessment data should include history, demographics, ethnicity, values, and beliefs, physical environment health and social services, economy, transportation and safety, policies and government jurisdiction, communication through TV, computer, radio, education, recreation for the community.

It includes primary care access and disease prevention. careful planning an important and critical goal for community assessment.
