The drug is infusing at 5mL/ hour.

So, 200mL contains nitroglycerin 100mg.

Therefore, 5 mL will contain nitroglycerin = 5 × 100 ÷ 200 = 2.5mg.

2.5 mg of the nitroglycerin is the patient is receiving in one hour.
