Bill is eighteen years old. You are eating together at lunchtime. He begins to complain of tingling in his lips and you then notice a slight swelling around his mouth and face. He quickly develops a rash and is having difficulty breathing. What do you believe is his diagnosis? Step by step discusses and record your actions.

He had anaphylacticshock that is severe allergic reaction of food which he ate.

Remove the food from the table as it can be the cause of his condition

Place the patient in supine position inorder to open the airway

Call for help

Call the patient and ask his name

Ask for first aid kit from restaurant

Give injection epinephrine immediately in the outer muscles of thigh

If his condition is not get improved then repeat i jection after 15 minutes

Start CPR if he stops taking breath

Call the ambulance

Take the patient to nearby hospital

Report the doctor about the cause of problem
