It's a very important component or aspect for the healthcare organisations to improve patient experience because the whole health care system really on the patients feedback and satisfaction because this is directly related to reputation and revenue of the Organization.

Design for execution is the way how the practice is implemented and design for experience is the way the healthcare works to give a positive experience to the patients and to themselves .

Healthcare organisations chief goal to meet the needs of the patient and provide them high class services . To work on this the main implementation is performance management and improvement to provide a efficient , effective accessible and cost effective healthcare services . To improve the performance of the healthcare workers , organisation provides the following :-

- monthly training to the staffs

- provision of resources

- surveillance

- promotion and incentives

- salary increments
