Answer: It has been found that DASH eating plan can result into reduced risk of Hypertension as well as cardiovascular diseases. The DASH eating plan is consists of mostly such elements which are high in fibres and proteins. It mainly emphasize on vegetables, fruits, while grain, fat free substances, sea food as well as seed and nuts.

This low fat diet will reduce the bad cholesterol level as well as increases the HDL which is good for our heart. The seed and the nuts contains omega 3 fatty acids which is healthy to maintain our heart functioning.
