Answer #1

A person can be healthy by taking good diet that contains nutritional food that protects us from many chronic noncommunicable diseases. In general vegetarians are more healthy that non vegetarians and be specific as the doctors   says the risk of early death due to heart diseases is very lower in vegetarians comparing with non vegetarians. As we all knows the vegetarian diet is rich in fiber that results in free digestion processing in human body not  only this, the vegetarians have controlled blood pressure and low cholesterol by which it can be helpful in  maintaining body weight, People of all ages can take this veg diet which contains more nutritional values and also we include green plants based diet that can be responsible for good blood improvement and can be  more sustainable as it cause less harm to the environment.

In non-vegetarian diet includes meat, eggs and fish that has many health benefits because they are rich in protein and vitamin B which strengthens our muscles and helps them in faster growth. People who are in non veg diet should be very careful in cooking methods as we should not add not any other extra fat items to diet that result in damage of total body systems. The food can be grilled, boiled, baked or can be roasted in a very small amount of healthy oils. In other hands there are more disadvantages by eating non veg diet as it contain high amount of animal protein that can lead to cardiovascular diseases, The digestion of the food takes time as long as more than 1 day ,in some cases it takes completely 2 days to digest the meat, So based on all these issues people are showing more interest in veg diet which is more healthier than meat diet.
