Controversy between vegetarian and meat containing diets whether it is beneficial or pitfall:

According to many countries vegetarians are less effected to chronic heart diseases and cancers the risk of death decreased to 36% and cancers to 25% .In the absence of meat the vegetarians should eat according to the pattern rich carbohydrates, minerals, proteins, vitamins and minerals. In a survey the vegetarians both men and women has defence against obesity, heart diseases, cancer and high blood pressure compared to meat containing diets. In pregnancy a women while eating seafood, milk products have developed sufficient energy .women taking lacto-ovo-eating pattern  have more energy as well as nutrients compared to them. But having vitamin B12 in vegetarians is a challenge because it is obtained from animal products.Deficiency of vitamin B12 can cause severe diseases in infants.     There are many positive aspects of meat eaters they are clearly the winner because of more proteins vitamins available to them to overcome this problem vegetarians should plan their diet and fill there plate each day with 2000 calorie diet for both vegans and lacto- ovo- vegans. to fulfill there calories they require 3 cups of milk or milk related products as well as 5.5 ounces of proteins and 2.5 of vitamins and calcium as well as 1 egg.The comparison showed that both meat eaters and vegetarians diet are best approach. But for becoming a vegan takes a strong commitment and to know the quantities of meat requirements.due to which most of us will not choose, but benefit to take a less meat diet By defending the vegetarian diet they need to discuss specific nutrient challenges and solutions for both the life stages till today.
