Grains, atleast half of which are refined grains doesnt actually reflect healthy eating pattern as refined grains are milled which removes many nutrients, including fiber. Refined grains include white flour, white rice, white bread and degermed cornflower. Many breads, cereals, crackers, desserts and pastries are made with refined grains, too. These foods will not keep  blood sugar levels steady, And make hungry again soon after consumption.
