       *Essential amino acids are Leucine,isoleucine,histidine,lysine,methionine

         phenylalanine,theronine,tryptophan,valine

2) e) Mineral required to build hemoglobin is Iron.

3) c) Small intestine is the area in which tripeptides and dipeptides split into single

         amino acids that are readily absorbed.

4) d) Amino acid which helps to build serotonin is Tryptophan.

5) Based on Vicky's weight protein required per day.

          Normal protein requirement per day = 0.8 g/kg or 0.36 g/pounds.

          Weight of the patient = 155 pound.

     So

         Protein required for Vicky per day = 155 * 0.36

                                                                = 55.8

                                                            a = 56 g.

6) e) Complementary proteins are Rice and beans.

         Rice and Beans are two incomplete plant food sources which combine

         together to form complimentary protein.
