A.The Vegetarian Diet is always found to be better when compared to a nonveg diet. The Vegetarian diet is made of a high source of the nutrient with low side effects or no side effects if consumed as provided by nature.

The concern on Vegetarian Diet as follows:

1. The Vegetarian diet is rich in nutrient and it is highly energetic, as plant sources are gaining 100% energy from the sunlight when compared to non-veg.  

2. The Vegetarian diet is simple and easy to cook. The most opted among diet conscious people and accepted by scientists to avoid the symptoms based on diet.

3. A vegetarian diet provides better immunity and fewer chances of Cancer attack when compared to a nonvegetarian diet. They are carbohydrate-rich, protein-rich, vitamin-rich, mineral-rich, water-rich and lipid-rich.

4. The various source like carbohydrate-rich in potato, pasta, banana. Vitamin-rich in watermelon, potato, spinach, etc. The

Mineral-rich in nuts. The water-rich in water, fruits, and milk. Protein-rich milk are the best source for Vegetarian Food.

5. They induce positive thought in us and better understanding.

B.In terms of diet plan for Future based on daily energy need of 8320 KJ per day:

The diet rich in carbohydrate and protein: Example two  potato per day and one banana per day

The diet rich in protein: Example the yogurt cup and almond milk in the morning

The diet rich in mineral: 2 cashews and 2 almonds

The diet rich in water and nutrient: watermelon: 5 slices or the muskmelon

Hence This Vegetarian diet can be better, it cannot be worst. The meat-eating can induce negative thought and also more influence on cancer. The reason may be, the thought by an animal is stored in the meat of an animal which is later consumed by humans, would generate negative thoughts.
