The inputs could be anything from materials, equipment and technologies to human resources, such as staff or employees.

Operational management is a management field dealing with the design, management and restructuring of business activities in the manufacturing of goods or services. Operations management. "Management of operations is primarily concerned with the production or the change in physical goods state."

Operations management uses ideas and technology for increasing efficiency and cost reduction, improving flexibility to meet evolving customer needs, reducing delivery time, enhancing product quality and improving customer service.

Leadership is an important management function that contributes to maximizing efficiency and achieving organizational objectives. The following are reasons why leadership is important in an issue.

  1. Leader is a person who begins the project by informing the subordination's policies and plans from which the work starts.
  2. Motivation-A leader is an incentive to play a role in the work of the company. This allows workers to earn economic and non-economic benefits and hence the work of subordinates.
  3. Leader needs to not only track but also direct subordinates. Provision of guidance. Guidance here means instructing the subjects how they must effectively and efficiently conduct their work.
  4. Creating trust-Confidence is an important factor that can be achieved by expressing subordinates ' work efforts, clearly explaining their roles and providing guidelines for achieving the objectives effectively. In addition to their complaints and problems, it is important to hear from employees.
  5. Morality-Building Morale relates to employees ' readily available collaboration in their jobs, confidence and trust. A leader can be a spiritual stimulant by working entirely together to achieve his goals with the highest levels of skill.
  6. Creates an environment for work— Management takes people to work. A sound and stable growth is achieved through an efficient working environment. Thus, a leader should be aware of human relations. He should have personal contacts with employees and listen and solve their problems. The human resources should be handled by workers.
  7. Coordination – Coordination can be achieved by reconciling personal and organizational interests. This synchronization can be achieved by correct and efficient coordination that must be a leader's primary motive.

The term ' operations management ' refers to the arrangement and completion of main companies leading to the achievement of organizational goals and priorities. The management of operations focuses on aligning companies with the goals of the organization, helping the company to go where it wishes. Although this may seem to be daunting for everyday tasks, several examples show how good management of operations increases the productivity of a company.
