Q. Which content and assignments in this course most helped you better understand the roles of leadership and followership within your organization (or one with which you are familiar), and what impact have they had, or do you anticipate they will have, on the value you will bring to your role within an organization?

The contents on reflection helped me reflect on my values, ethics and principles. The made me understand my roles as a person and expectations in management.

They will impact in my leadership life as I now understand what is required to have a right leadership doing right things.

Q. How have the content and assignments changed the way you think about leadership and followership and the way you will practice these skills?

Well, I am no longer an outsider but I perceive leadership as a process and personal thing that influences others.

Q. How has the content and assignments shaped your goals?

The content helped shape my goals by reflecting on individual roles as well as organizational expectations.

Q. How has the content help you appreciate the role leaders and followers have in achieving positive social change within an organization, a community, or on a larger scale?

Practicing the values and ethics from the content, leadership will be easy and management and fellowship will help bring positive change in the community. I now understand what to do to effect change in the community.
