First, I want to take an example of a small hospital. Hospital Name- Renu Hospitals.

In this hospital, there are 10 members are working as employees. I was working as a personal assistant of a doctor. Total 12 members are there in this hospital including doctor. On the guidance of the doctor, I will supervise the remaining 10 members. Every day i make a schedule and after showing it to doctor, the doctor will finalize the schedule. Daily supervise the work of those 10 members and if any member go on leave, i will assign the work to other members. If they find any problem during their service , they ask me and clarify their doubts.

My work is supervising and HR related work and indirectly i will take the responsibility of the organization as a leader. Daily almost 60-70 patients are visiting the hospital.The employees were gave reports to me and i will summarize the reports and submitted to the doctor. If he make any changes, i will intimate to the members. As a leader, I have to more actively and i have to oversee the work of others.
