I can improve my understanding of managing people and fostering collaboration in my organization through the promotion of teamwork and effective management of human resources. Effective human resource management will include the implementation of human resource strategies so that the employees and staffs are utilized efficiently.
The impact of my understanding will be felt across my organization because my improved understanding will enhance human resource management and it will effectively increase the skills and the capability of the employees. This will in return add value to the organization.
The improved understanding will bring changes to the organization and it will even render the previous leadership style ineffective. It is important to mention that the new and improved workplace will require a new and effective leadership style.
My goals have changed now and I will be focussing on the other aspects of the organization so that I can bring changes into the areas that require most of the attention.
