Answer; If the patient is suffering from the major illness and there is no cure or treatment for that particular disease. The patient is unable to bear the pain or the condition of the patient is getting worse day by day then the patient have right to end his life.

Because sometimes it is not bearable by the patients as they are unable to handle the treatment and situation when they know that nothing is going to work for them and they can be never treated.

For example, a patient 78 years old suffering from blood cancer and he is in his last stage of cancer. He is unable to tolerate the pain during the chemotherapy and physician also knows that there is no chance of recovery of the patient. In this case the patient can have choice to end his life.
