Stress management is process through which one can handle the situation and avoid the risk of stress. It is necessary and can be done by various methods such as:

  • Meditation can reduce the level of the stress as it provides peace and calmness to the mind.
  • Exercising regularly affects the circulation of blood to all parts of the body.
  • Proper diet: Taking complete food with full of nutrition can prevent person from falling ill, hence it prevents mental stress.
  • Interactions: People should interact to their family members, friends etc this will relax their mind.
