Stress management is one of the most important factor that should be highly concentrated in an individual life ,be it in personal or professional life. In today's fast paced technically enhanced world individuals find it very difficult to balance the various elements of life. They are unable to manage the pressure in various places. 2. Physical activity like exercises and activities that calm the mind like yoga and meditation plays a major cause in stress bursting. These activities not only reduce stress but positively bring many changes both physically and mentally.
3. Another important stress management technique is to grow positively within one self. A positive or optimistic person will always shoulder responsibility as well accept and take charge if any mistakes occur.
