Stress management is one of the most important factor that should be highly concentrated in an individual life ,be it in personal or professional life. In today's fast paced technically enhanced world individuals find it very difficult to balance the various elements of life. They are unable to manage the pressure in various places. Thus they have stress which will completely spoil all their normal aspects. Various consequences of stress in an individual are

1. A complete break on emotional equilibrium.

2. Spoil physical health.

3. Lose happiness and the method of being routine.

4. Cannot think clearly and logically.

5. Lose work life balance.

6. Hinder decision making, as people will always be confused.

7. Cannot sort out even a simple issue during stress.

Stress management techniques.

1. The first step in stress management is to find out the root cause of the step and then find a solution for that. A simple logic of following four magic rules can completely change the formation of stress , they are avoid, alter ,adapt or accept, either the situation or the person causing stress.

2. Physical activity like exercises and activities that calm the mind like yoga and meditation plays a major cause in stress bursting. These activities not only reduce stress but positively bring many changes both physically and mentally.

3. Another important stress management technique is to grow positively within one self. A positive or optimistic person will always shoulder responsibility as well accept and take charge if any mistakes occur.

All these techniques are well proven and change the situation of being stressed. People should sincerely follow such techniques to find happiness.
