These positive coping strategies help me to achieve goals and remove out negative thoughts and make encouragement ourselves.
Increasing my physical activity, avoiding unhealthy habits and talking with someone improves our concentration, motivation, mood memory it also improves self-esteem and cognitive function. It makes interaction with social groups and increases spiritual health and intellectual ability.
Negative coping strategies to manage my stress are self-talk, drinking a lot of coffee, using tranquilizing drugs. These negative strategies increase my physical and mental illness, make me out of spiritual ability and avoid social gathering and intellectual development.
Self-talk increases my mental stress and harms myself, drinking more coffee during the stress spoils my physical health and using tranquilizers makes me get an addiction to that and makes me unhealthy.
stress management I use regularly is meditation, relaxation techniques, and physical recreation to overcome my stress. It will keep my body and spirit calm and avoid negative thoughts.
