1) Natural sugars have many health benefits like boosting brain health, so they are good when compared to artificial sugars.

Sugar is bad for those who have diabetes or diabetes related issues as they contain calories.

2) Dietary fibre are good for digestive health and for regular bowel movements. They can improve cholesterol and blood sugar levels. It gives a feel for fuller stomach for longer time.

Good source of fibres are barley, oatmeal, beans and nuts. Fruits like apples, pears and citrus fruits also contains fibre.

3) There are many people with diabetes. The dietary fibre helps to control blood sugar levels. The soluble fibre can slow down the absorption of sugar and helps to improve blood sugar levels. Including insoluble fibre can reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.

4) Alcohol is the most common drug used by adults. A single episode of excessive drinking can bring out a negative outcome between family and friends. Chronic use of alcohol is associated with medical, psychiatric, social and family problems. It is important to keep in mind that alcohol problems can affect safety, and well-being of people.

Moderate drinking of alcohol can have some health benefits like decreased anxiety, reduce risk of diabetes and heart issues.

The recommended safe intake of alcohol for men and women is not more than 3 units a day or 21 units per week.
