4, coughing at night with asthma called nocturnal asthma. It is
serious condition that needs proper diagnosis and effective
treatment. in the case of asthma during sleep the airway will be
narrow and increase airflow resistance. can cause nighttime
coughing and tightening the airway. allergen exposure occurs in the
evening than morning times, it increases the sensitivity and
severity during nighttimes.

selenium, omega 3 fatty acids can lower the asthma attack.
Antioxidants can protect the cell from getting damage. loss of
appetite can be prevented with small meals to avoid
gastroesophageal reflux disease.
