OLS estimator \beta 1 = Cov (X, Y) / Var(X) = 4.62/ 3.78 = 1.22

OLS estimator \beta 0 = \overline{Y} -  \beta1\overline{X} = 63.82 - 1.22 * 2.25 = 63.82 - 2.75 = 61.08

The slope, \beta 1 shows the change in Y due to unit change in X. So, here it shows the change in weight due to a unit change in the number of times a person eats out in a month. The vertical intercept, depicted by \beta 0 shows the value of Y if X is zero. In this case, it shows the predicted weight when an individual does not go out to eat. So, it has a real world meaning in this case.

Hence, option C and D are correct.
