Rationale: It is convenient for Mrs. Smith at this moment in time, but it will need to be adjusted to meet her needs as time goes on.

Your question: Are all of these machines really cost effective for an older person on a fixed income?

Rationale: No, not really because most insurance companies will only cover so much. The insurance companies will more than likely not cover all of those devices that the agency gave her.
