Answer #1

As a staff in healthcare, I feel it is very tough working with all the regulations of HIPAA privacy rules to protect the patient. Abiding by these rules though very necessary make it difficult to function and maintain the standards of the current limits should be enough. The threat of litigation is always looming on the industry, so setting new limits for any new technology, will impede its implementation and be harmful to the industry which is already running in loss. Since technology gets cheaper with age, the cost issues of healthcare may be resolved with the use of technology and it should be ensured that it is adopted by the system.
