Answer: In most of the surveys and studies it has been found that the major cause of the death in the United States is the medical error. The cause of medical error may be negligence, improper knowledge etc. But the patients has to suffer with the fatal results of medical errors.

The federal government should take necessary majors to monitor the status of the high risk situation because if the federal government will indulge the law as well as punishment for this negligence or medical error, there will Reduction in the medical errors and healthcare providers will be more conscious regarding the delivery of the drugs. This can prevent major risk and eliminate the medical error upto certain level.
