Is it possible to get into a nursing program with a 3.0 gpa?

Counselor type of question:
Suppose a male adult in California decides to not drop the his college course and is willing to receive a "D" just to get the credits needed for him to graduate. Would he still be able to graduate because he would now have the required number of units?

1. Would the male adult be able to retake that course the following semester for a better grade?

2. Can the male adult retake a course after having his AA degree?

3. Would recieving a better grade update his GPA after retaking the course even have already graduated?

4. Is it possible to still get into the nursing program by having a C in physiology lab and
having an A in lecture?

5. If the male adult drops his course before the deadline but then decides the next day he wants to stay in the class, are their special circumstances or reasons that are excusable that would allow the student to stay in the class after deadline?

Answer #1

1, Male adult can retake the course in the following semester, if he did not achieve in the first time GPA up to 3.0. some schools consider less than 2.5 or low in GPA's, during the last 60 hours of course and some schools ignore the GPA which you have completed prerequisites.
2, Associate of Applied science(AAS) in nursing degree candidates should complete a program of approved course works in their particular field. Final 16credits should be in the degree must include at least 8 credits at the final. The male adult can retake a course agree his AA degree based plan with any specialties.
3, student can retake a course as a refresher basis if the student wants to repeat a course with they already passed and got the credits. But degree credits cannot be granted for the same course twice. credits earned for the refresher course do not count as degree credits.
4, since 3.0 considered as a functional, minimum GPA for PA scores need at least A or B level to get into the nursing program. C in the physiology lab is not good.
5, If you failed or after your deadline still if you want to retake the course, you can retake the course with clear that particular course first. If you want to retake it like second time retake the course that you struggle with one at a time. past performance can guide for best future performance.

Modify your PredictGPA.java file from Lab 2 to create a method called GPA that takes a string argument (the grade) and returns the corresponding value (ie 4.0 for an A, 3.33 for a B+, etc). Use this method call to reduce the “redundant” code that you had in Lab 2. The program must otherwise still run correctly as to the directions in Lab 2 and compute the GPA after using the method calls to determine the appropriate grade values. Trying...
