  • Epinephrine and norepinephrine are neurotransmitters of sympthesymp nervous system. Motor neurons (that innervate skeletal muscle) release acetylcholine at neuromuscular junction.
  • When action potential is generated in motor neuron, then it travels down the axon to axon terminal. It then causes release of acetylcholine from synaptic vessel. The released acetylcholine then binds to Nm receptor on muscle and generate EPSP.
