Being a nurse its my duty to save patient's life and for that we can go to maximum levels . In this case the nurse has to act as an advocate for this patient as her condition is critical and also she is pregnant ,it's about two life . First of all the nurse should ask the physician on duty in emergency to take action for delivering the baby by having a consultation with the Obestretician but if there is no response from his side then the nurse should reach his superior medical officer to sort this issue and get ready for delivering the baby .
