1. Disaster preparedness plan include :-

Mitigation - The process of preventing future emergencies or minimizing their effects. Includes any activities that prevent an emergency, reduce the chance of an emergency happening, or reduce the damaging effects of unavoidable emergencies. Takes place before and after emergencies.

Preparedness - Includes plans or preparations made to save lives and to help response and rescue operations. Takes place before an emergency occurs.

Response - Includes actions taken to save lives and prevent further property damage in an emergency situation; putting your preparedness plans into action. Takes place during an emergency.

Recovery - Includesactions taken to return to a normal or an even safer situation following an emergency. Takes place after an emergency.

2) Provision of fresh air- our setting provides fresh air to the patient which will allow them to heal fast .

Provision of pure water- our setting provides filtered water to the patients .

Effective drainage- our setting have proper drainage channel without blockages and leak .

Cleanliness- our setting is clean and tidy and has separate waste baskets for proper biodegradable waste management.

Light(especially direct sunlight)- our setting has proper lightening supply both direct sunlight and artificial for proper working and to avoid injury .

3. Ideas to improve quality in our work setting are :-

- providing high standard training along with duty hours

- conducting surveillance

- having an assessment of the staffs performance based on marks and those who gain high score will be given either incentives , promotion etc
