* Through this model the learners can get accountability during there education.

* they can improve their skills in practical wise.

* in this learners can develop challenging skills to learn effectively and shows performance skillfully and competitively.

* so that the nursing education may good among learners.

* in nursing education both theoretical and practical skills are needed, these are developed through competence educational programs.

* and their performance, or what ever they learned theoretically they can apply in practically, so that the effective ness of performance we can measures by performance appraisal, so that we can know the skills of each Lerner in nursing education.

* according to that we can modify the educational programs according to their needs, like this COPA competencies can influence the nursing education.

For example :

the nursing students can learn the procedure of nasogastric tube insertion in college, then that skills they can apply in practically on patient, during that procedure performing time as a educator or clinical instructor we can assess their performance, while performing procedure on client.

Like this all student skills should be assessed and give appraisal to them, so that we can know their competency as well as their performance and we can improve the competence among nursing students.
