Testicular self examination :

1. Prepare self by doing hand wash.

2. Examine each testicles gently with two hands by roling the testicles between thumb and forefingers.

3. Then find the epididamis it is tube like structures which carries the sperm.

4. Observe for any lumps and irregularities.

5. And look for changes in shape, size, texture.

Like this testicular self examination should be performed.

Purpose of severing of vas diferens :

In males Vas diferens will transport the sperms which will fertilize with ovem and produce new product.

Through the severing of vas diferens we can prevent the infections in males.

And it is used like sterility purpose.

Symptoms of BPH, benign prostate hyperplasia :

* dribling of urination,

* excessive urination at night,

* sense of incomplete bladder emptying,

* frequent urination,

* urge to urinate and leaking,

* incontinence,

* sexual dysfunction,

* weak urinary system ect.

These are the symptoms due to over growth of cells may leads to decreased space and functioning of normal cells, in the urinary system.

Blood test is used to determine prostatic cancer is " prostatic specific antigen blood test ".

These specific antigen is secreted by prostatic gland.

So blood test PSA test should be done to determine prostate cancer.
