Ordered dose of Lamotrigine =5mg/kg/day in two divided doses for 30 days.

For weight 88 lbs=40 kg

Required dose= 40X5=200mg per day

Available as 25mg chewable tablets

Required tablets per day= 200/25=8 tablets

Required tablets for a 30 day supply?

30X8=240 tablets

Instructions on the label: for twice a day Lamotrigene tablet dose maintain the proper space like morning and evening dose
