Left side heart failur:: blood accumulate in superior venacava flow back to pulmonary xvein causing left ventricular heart failure

Signs and symptoms:::

1)pulmonary odema

2)pulmonary hypertension

3)white frothy sputum

4)crackle sound

5)hypoxia

6)increased respiratory rate

7)dyspnoea

Management::

1)positive ironotropic agent

2)digoxin should be the first drug of choice

3)lasix administeation after checking out put

4)high fowlers position should be given

5)morphine can be given for seadation as patient needs rest

6)keep the patient in IABP
