Heart failure is a chronic condition.Haeart pumps blood throughout our body,but in this consditco the heart does not pump blood as it should.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS.

Rapid and irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, weakness, fatigue, weight gain, swelling of feet, coughing and wheezing along with blood tinged phlegm.

NURSING INTERVENTIONS

Nursing interventions include monitoring of vital signs, providing safe envoenviron, monitoring signs and symptoms, Changing patients life style, change food intake by following healthy diet, medication administration, oxygen therapy, clinical management such as diagnosis examination, educating both patient and family about his condition, mainly provide emotional support to the patient.

4) Myocardial infarction is a condition In which heart muscle does not get blood because of blockage due to clot. MI and heart failure collerate because they both occur due to reduced blood flow to heart.

5)Yes it is important for patients with heart failure to the their weight because increase in weight result in worsening of the condition.

6)The patient should take a healthy diet and should not consume alcohol or cigerrets and drugs and should maintain normal wieght.If the patient experience worsening of their condition they should immediately consult a doctor ,and should extercise ,and take medication according to prescription.And they should not worsen their condition because it may lead to death.
