1.The typical signs and symptoms of acute renal disorder are

  • Decresed urine output
  • Breathing difficulty generally due to fluid retention
  • Fatigue
  • Confusion
  • Nausea

2.The nursing intervention for the management of acute diarrhoea are

  • Provide adequate fluid orally (intravenously if ordered) to replace the lost fluid
  • Monitor vital signs ,to get baseline data (patient can be hypotensive)
  • Administer antidiarrhoeal drugs to cease loose stools
  • Maintain intake and output chart to track the fluid status
  • Provide fibre rich foods

3.The signs and symptoms of suspected myocardial infarction are

  • Pain at the chest
  • Dyspnea
  • Palpitations
  • Anxious
  • Patient may have lightheadedness

The nursing intervention are

  • monitor vital signs
  • ECG can give a clear image of the hearts rhythm and conduction
  • Administer NTG sublingually if patient is in pain ,or follow medication as per order
