Answer: The candidate requires the pallative care as the patient is not well and suffering from chronic disease, there is requirement of intensive care which includes diagnosis, treatment care plan as well as family counseling as his wife is too old to takecare of him.

Pallative care is a kind of approach that is made to improve the health condition of the patient. The pallative care involves the diagnostic procedures, treatment etc. The hospice care starts after the disease has been stopped and it has been found that the patient is unable to tackle the condition.

The goal of the pallative care is to improve the overall health of patient by providing quality of care. Involving the diagnostic procedures, treatment plans as well as instructions for the patients improves the health. It also involves the care given to reduce the stressed condition.

The man requires hospice care because he is suffering from multiple diseases and illness. It is difficult for him toh handle the situation and pain.
