There are few cases which which have been encountered by some people in United States where they have felt the racism being enforced.

Few examples to prove my idea are:

- few years ago Mr Sen. Tim Scott gave a speech in the senate room stating that he has faced a situation where he had been pulled over by the police several times as they were suspicious of a black male driving a pretty car. Also his senior has faced a similar situation and in order to avoid all these that person has downgraded his car. There are various articles written by various writers explaining about their views on how the system of United States is racist.

Black people had a history of getting involved in various crimes which made the Americans think that all the blacks are criminals and have intension of it. Many black motorists are stopped or pulled over and have been searched without any proper reason or warrant. Out of 100 almost 95.7% results in no arrest.

Also in the police encounter few black shootouts cannot be explained as there is higher crime rate in the black community.

Investigation also found that the murder of white people are more likely to be solved rather than the blacks which sometime goes unsolved .

Between 2012-2014 the Los Angeles police got various complaints regarding racial profiling but almost all the cases went unattended or unfailing.

In some footage provided by the body camera of the police it has been noticed that the police consistently speak with less respect with the black population in comparison with the whites.
