There are various evidences which shows that the element of racism exist in US Judicial System. Numbers show that African- American people are more punished as compared to their white counterparts. More percentage of black people are caught for drug offences.

It has clearly been mentioned in the report of Human Rights Watch magazine. Same fact was also got published in Congressional Report. Police personals also try to stop black people more in numbers. Rate of arrests of black people is also 11 times higher as compared to white people. It can also be evident through the statistics of judicial reports.

Thirty three percent more black people remains in wait for trials of their crimes. Judicial reports also show that black people get 10 percent more punishment than their white counterparts for the crime of same intensity. A report on sentencing shows that two third of the people who got life sentence are black.

Number of black people is very low yet they are getting higher percentages in terms of punishments and judicial treatment. This simply forces us to think about the social scenarios. It also inspires us to act against such inequality.

It can be handled effectively only through the incorporation of concept of humanity and morality in society.
