The roles and responsibilities of the nurse while talking to the another professional as there should be always professional communication. The piece of information transfer should be accurate and in a clear words. Nurse should prepare a proper notes of the patient's condition to provide it to Physician. Nurse should ask any queries regarding the treatment and medication which he is not able to understand from the Physician.
