Care plan is the material which provides supervision on the type of nursing care which an individual or family or community may require in order to remain healthy or attain the healthy life again.

Concept mapping is a conceptual framework or design which helps an individual to understand the entire topic or material in a single diagram or framework.

Both of these types are very good for a nurse to understand the material of knowledge and helps them to understand the material in a simple and better way.

- care plan will help the nurse to identify the problems faced by the patients and they can understand the patients clinical features and plan for the care accordingly.

- when the nurse plans for the patients care she will try to formulate different interventions for the patients and implement it. If the intervention does not work she will evaluate the reason for the failure of the intervention and try to formulate other interventions again and again untill she reaches her goal.
