Care plan is the material which provides supervision on the type of nursing care which an individual or family or community may require in order to remain healthy or attain the healthy life again.
Concept mapping is a conceptual framework or design which helps an individual to understand the entire topic or material in a single diagram or framework.
Both of these types are very good for a nurse to understand the material of knowledge and helps them to understand the material in a simple and better way.
