1.A nurse is the first person in an emergency department contacted for help they act as a saviour in saving lives. Patient or patient relatives asking for help is always consistent in the role of nursing profession.They are not supposed are licenced to do all work.A successful patients care is a team work of health care professionals

2.The nurse should reassure the wife  and inform her the things are kept ready and the procedure will be performed by a doctor, nurses are not allowed, trained or licensed to do intubation other than the nurse anesthetist.It has yo be communicated in a gentle way because these these type of situations can frustrate and trigger the patient relatives anger or a mistrust ,hopelessness

These stories in overall perceived nurses as a mentor,carer,educator in healthcare professionals .They play a very important role in critical care and saving the lives of many by acting rapidly and actively.
